Information we may collect
When you create an account or submit a request, the website may process your name, email address, phone number, address, service details and booking status. Location coordinates are collected only when you explicitly use the optional location control.
Why information is used
Information is used to maintain customer accounts, review service requests, communicate about requests and manage customer preferences. Notification preferences are saved to your profile; they do not guarantee delivery through SMS or email integrations that are not enabled.
Firebase and service providers
Account authentication and database storage are intended to use Firebase services. Before launch, CivicBird must confirm the applicable service providers, retention practices, security settings and any cross-border processing.
Data minimisation and security
Do not submit passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary identity documents in free-text fields. Public website code must never contain service-account keys or administrative credentials. Access to records must be restricted by security rules.
