Service requests
Submitting a request does not itself confirm availability, create a guaranteed appointment or mean a representative has been assigned. CivicBird must explicitly confirm the request.
Fees and additional charges
The standard service fee is ₹300 plus 18% GST (₹54), totalling ₹354. Official department charges, travel or task-specific costs may be additional and should be explained before work proceeds.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate details and only documents needed for the task. Do not share account passwords or one-time codes. Customers must follow applicable laws and official department requirements.
Availability and outcomes
CivicBird cannot guarantee a government department's decision, processing time or approval. Service availability depends on location, task type and confirmation.
Cancellations, refunds and complaints
Before accepting live payments, CivicBird must publish clear cancellation, refund, dispute and complaint-handling rules that match its actual operations. No online payment is collected by the current website code.
